SPICY BOOTS?
Today I took Grady and the dogs to the dog park for some off leash exercise. I figured since I am working tonight I would do Brian a favour. Plus I thought I might be able to brun off some of Grady's energy and have him fall asleep in the car on the way back. Yeah right! The plan of possible sleeping is what lead me to make the false decision to not put Grady in his rain/mud gear. Big Mistake! and hence how he ended up with "Spicy Boots"
Spladh and puddles are so much fun
More sitting down, why not just let it soak in!
Running in the muck
"Cleaning up" in the river, more for Rebar's sake than Grady's
And now you ask why spicy boots? Why indeed. Spicy boots is something that Grady recently came up with while camping this long weekend. One morning he was walking around saying "Spicy" when I asked what was spicy he told me "shoes". So I let him know he was wearing boots, hence spicy boots. The next morning he informed me he had a spicy shirt. Well darned if i could figure out what he thought spicy was supposed to mean...until today. Spicy Boots came up again at the dog park and I thought maybe he has spicy confused with cold but couldn't be sure, all I could tell for sure was that his "Spicy Boots" meant that I had to carry him back to the car. Then at home he told me the ice cube he was holding was spicy. So I guess Spicy = Cold. Oh Geez.
