Good Friday

Good Friday was spent at home with our 13 guests. We made a lovely beef on a bun and some hotdogs for the hungry crowd, then a big Easter egg hunt set up by Christpher for Isabel and Grady an dlots of great visiting with Family. So much fun!

Easter Celebrations 2011

Here are the photos from our beautiful day out for Easter turkey on Easter Sunday in Airdrie. Grady got to play with his hero "Christomer" one more time not to mention Uncle Daryl and Uncle Jason AND Irene! It was so nice out we spent most of the day outside in shorts!

A Visit with Isabel

Grady and I made a trip up to Red Deer last week to pick up a tax program and of course play with Isabel! Here are some of the adventures tht ensued:

Story at the end of the night with Uncle Bryan. As you can see Grady is totally exhausted, sitting nice and listening to the story, oh wait that's Isabel! Grady is acting like a goof and only lasted 5 min with the story. Silly Boy!

BIKE!

We finally got Grady a "balance bike" (aka Running Bike, Push Bike etc). In other words no pedals. We let him choose between the pedalled variety and this one. he chose this smaller one. I for one am glad as he can concentrate on steering amd and staying up rather than pedalling, steering staying on etc. It means a lot less bending over to help on my part. He loves this little bike. For those of you who are interested it was only $59.99 at Sportchek. On Sunday we rode all the way to the park to play at watch Daddy exercise the dogs.Biker Dude!

I'm sure this bike will be a fixture in the car soon as I can guess that Grady will want to take it everywhere he can.
