A week or so ago Grady had his first summer day camp experience. We enrolled him in Atlantis Pedalheads Trikes 'n Trainers camp to learn to ride his new bike with training wheels and to get in lots of practice. He will be doing their level one at the end of summer and hopefully be practiced enough to get his training wheels off.
At first I thought maybe we were paying $100 for him to ride his bike for an hour a day. BUT they touch on a lot of things I wouldn't think to talk to him about like putting your helmet on, or why its important to keep you bike clean and never go on a bike ride without telling mom or dad first. Plus I think kids listen better to teachers than their parents and I would hardly spend an hour a day practicing with him!

I highly recommend this camp and I only enrolled Grady because of all the positive things I heard from friends about it. I have attended or looked into a lot of camps during my time working with kids and this is the only camp I have come across where people are only saying positive things and that is something!
